I really like the hat, however I probably will not order from this shop again because it feels like too much of a gamble. After waiting three and a half weeks I really feared I had been taken. I have ordered many things online, both from Etsy and other sites, and the only other time processing and shipping took anywhere near this long was for a piece of jewelry which had to be made to order. This time, I got no indication that this was a made-to-order item, so I was not expecting more than a week to ten days from when I placed the order. Again, quality workmanship, she is talented, but shipping is kind of iffy with this one.

Never received items. Seller tried to ship three times. Did not receive any shipments. Seller said post office is not the most reliable. Seller did refund shipping cost after the second shipment, and cost of items after the third shipment. I have ordered an item from this seller before with no issue at all, but something is going on here...
