Shipping was super fast! Unfortunately the lack of communication was a bit worrisome but in the end I did get my bag about 1 month ish later. The strap is super short and if I wasn't such a short person it could've problematic but it's actually the perfect length for me. The grey pictured isn't the gray that arrives at all, the real one is much lighter! I was a bit disappointed with that Seems like a durable bag, Dimensions aren't quite 12inch x 16inch x 3 1/2inch, as it can't fit my 11x15.5 folder for school. I wanted to use this as my main bag for school but might have to rethink things. Otherwise it's a nice bag, design is nice, and the material is great.

It was a full month before my bag was created and ready to ship. This wasn't a problem since I didn't need the bag on a certain date, I just wish it was between the 2-3 week time frame. Shipping was very quick and it arrived today. It's a lot bigger than I expected and looks amazing. The material is very durable but comfortable. Overall this product is great and I can't wait to start using it as my laptop and day-to-day bag.
