craftincrystal's Shop Policies
Thank you for trusting me with your greeting card/gift giving purchase!
I do my very best to make my cards and gifts with precision and care. My heart and soul goes into my crafting, and I take great pleasure in sharing that with others! :)
I accept PayPal (which accepts credit cards), Etsy Gift Cards, and Direct Checkout. I will start work on your order as soon as I receive payment confirmation from any of the above listed entities.
Items will be shipped within a week of purchase, most times it's within a few days. If you are interested in an item but don't have much time, please convo me and we can iron out the details. :)
Items are sent via USPS First Class postage. If you need something different, please convo me and we'll figure something out. :)
*Once the tracking # states the package has been delivered, I am not liable for non-delivery claims. Unfortunately, purchases that are made from buyers living outside of the US do not qualify for delivery confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please keep in mind that my items are made by hand, and may vary slightly from another. While each listing is one of a kind, I often relist items using the same pictures, and get as close as possible as I can to the original. There is the slight chance of small differences (ie: different portion of same designer paper) that are hardly noticeable.
Differences in computer monitor screens can also affect the color you see. I do the very best I can to accurately describe the product to the best of my ability.
If you are dissatisfied with your item, or need to talk to me for any reason, I would appreciate a private convo instead of learning of any issues via feedback. This allows me the chance to resolve any issues. :)
Additional Policies and FAQs
Interested in a custom order? Doesn't hurt to ask! :) In some cases, a small extra fee may be charged, depending on complexity of changes/request of order. Please convo me with your request and I can let you know if I am able to help you out. :)
