Adorable and eye-catching. So many compliments. I direct everyone to Etsy who asks.

This pair of earrings I kept for myself and they're so pretty. You can tell they were made by hand and not something you would find just anywhere. They arrived promptly and the seller even sent a little thank you note because I was one of her first sales. She even offered to gift wrap the pair I bought meant for my daughter for free.

I bought two pairs of earrings from this seller, once for me and one for my daughter and my daughter just loved these! They're just as pretty in person as they were in the pictures. She loves vintage jewelry and loved how unique these were.

About

Just A Couple Tables in a Basement.

As the headline might imply, my shop consists of a couple folding tables in my basement and a little soldering/drilling/dremeling/etc. station set up on the bar (I don't drink while creating, I promise). My Etsy store came to fruition just a couple months into 2013 when I finally decided to sell my wares to people other than friends and family… and my mom, she bought a lot of my stuff, after they always encouraged me that other people would really enjoy what I create.

I have been making jewelry since a pretty young age, mostly typical thing like beaded necklaces and earrings. Once my older cousin taught me to use crimp beads and tiger wire, I was really hooked and could never get enough. I had a great opportunity to take a metals I course my senior year of high school and finally had the chance to saw, file, solder, enamel and all sorts of techniques I never thought I'd be able to do and I was in love. For years afterwards I returned to the same techniques I had gotten into before that class, resigned to the idea that I'd need a professional lab in order to continue making that kind of jewelry. Well, I got fed up with that and started building up a respectable collection of tools (for a "mere crafter") and got myself a torch, a jeweler's saw, a bunch of attachments for my dremel (and by my dremel I mean my dad's). I've been quickly building my skills back up to make everything you see in my shop.

I hope you like my pieces and consider helping me buy even more tools and supplies!
