Returns and exchanges
Crafty Addictions is not liable for damage, theft or loss of an uninsured package. Any package returned due to a wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
Payment
Any order paid with a Paypal e-check, will be processed once payment has cleared.
Shipping
Current turnaround is 3-5 business days; this is the time it takes to make, package, and prepare your order for shipment.
SHIPPING:
{U.S. First Class Mail}
Takes approximately 3 - 5 days to deliver. Insurance is available upon request.
{INTERNATIONAL First Class Mail}
Takes approximately 2 - 2.5 weeks to deliver, but it is not unusual for it to take longer-sometimes 4 - 6 weeks. Please take all of this into account before making a purchase, so that you are not disappointed if your package arrives later than you anticipated.
RUSH ORDERS:
If you require your order by a certain date, contact me before placing your order to see if your request can be accommodated. Rush orders are not accepted during a sales/busy period.
Additional policies and FAQs
Items are sealed to be water-resistant, they are not water-proof. To preserve the longevity of your item, remove prior to bathing, swimming, etc. and/or do not immerse in water.
MATERIALS:
The materials used in my items may make them unsuitable for people with skin sensitivity. Purchase is made at buyer's discretion.
CUSTOM REQUESTS:
I am not accepting custom requests or requests for design changes/modifications.
