WHAT ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE FROM?
Each button charm is made from lighweight metal components crafted on a button machine! This allows us to offer a variety of fun items!
Stickers are made from premium vinyl with a strong adhesive. They are waterproof, scratchproof and made to last!
Postcards are made from semi-gloss finish paper that produces vibrant images with exceptional color and detail, making them perfect for displaying as framed art!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days (NO HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS), from the date of purchase. This does not include shipping time.
Tracking information is sent to the email on file with your Etsy account once your package has shipped.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
No we do not. However, free shipping is available for any purchase $35 and up.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
We do not accept custom requests or design, color, style change requests. If it is not offered as an option, it is not available.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a concern regarding your item please let us know before leaving negative feedback, so we have the opportunity to offer a solution.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell expectations but they do hurt our small business. Negative messages or feedback stating "what I received was not what I expected" gives the impression that we are misleading our customers and that is simply not the case.
