Bernie once again was an absolute doll to work with. Her communication was fantastic and kept me up to date through out the whole transaction. I highly recommend Bernie, this is one talented lady. Thank you again Bernie, I've appreciated everything you've done for me as well as your special attention to details. I look forward to another one of your journals :)

Bernie was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. Her attention to detail to create a magnificent journal beyond anything I imagined was incredible. Her communication was excellent and kept me well informed through out the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend giving Bernie a go -- she really is a pro at what she does :) Thank you again Bernie, you're amazing!

Incredible piece of work, from concept sketch through to finished artistic squishiness! So cute & adorable and exactly want I asked for. Wonderful person to work with & I can't wait to think of something else for her to create. I really enjoyed this experience & hope that others will also come up with creative ideas for her to work on. Thank you soooooo much for everything with this, I can't express how happy I am with these 2 beatiful creatures.

Due to physical limitations, I am unable to visit the post office every day. However, I do aim to mail packages twice a week. If your order is urgent or you cannot wait, please contact me to discuss prior to making a purchase.

If you require Airsure (priority handling) or International Signed For (signature upon receipt), please convo me for a quote so that I can adjust your invoice.

International signature and tracked services are not available in every country in the world so please convo me to discuss priority shipping to your destination.

Shipping/postage for repairs/returns

In the event of a repair or exchange^^ (see below) the customer will cover the cost of all postage. The cost will be agreed in advance before returning the item. Please note that I do not make any money on postage.

'In stock' items will be posted within 3 working days after payment has been received. Please note that I cannot guarantee next day postage at the moment due to physical limitations.

Custom orders will be posted upon completion and we will agree a timeframe before work is commenced.

I work from home in a clean smoke free house.

I own two short haired cats who are kept well away from my work area. I dislike cat hairs on my clothes and in the house and I will double & triple check to ensure that items are 'Harry & Alice' free.

I am a self taught crafter and I try to read and attend workshops where possible to progress my skills.

I am unable to work with Angora wool as it causes me an allergic reaction. Crazy but true!
