All items are handmade by myself and are from a pet friendly, smoke-free home. I use only quality products for construction.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Please ask for more pictures or ask any questions before purchase. I want buyers to be pleased with purchases. I will refund purchase price only not shipping if contacted within 3 days of receipt.
Payment
Payment is due within three days of purchase for credit card and 5 days for money order. I will accept money order or Paypal.
Shipping
Insurance is optional I would recomend it, but it is buyers choice. Once I ship it I'm not responsible for damage or loss. I ship as soon as payment is received. I will ship anywhere in the world. Local purchases may be picked up in my shop.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will be happy to make a custom made item. Please keep in mind that traditionally made penny or hooked rugs is a time consuming craft. If custom ordering please allow at least 2-3 weeks for samller items and 3-5 weeks for larger. It depends on the size.
