My story is simple really, I couldn't find what I was looking for by way of a phone case so I made one. Then I made another, and another and here I am now with planner accessories and jewellery that I started making because I love to accessorise everything!
My creations combine my love of all things bright, cheerful, kawaii and creepy/cute.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
You have 14 days to notify me of your request to return/cancel your order for a refund and a further 14 days beyond that to return the item(s) to me.

If the ordered item is a custom/personalised item then you have 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order and after that period cancellations are at shop owners discretion. If I have started work on your custom/personalised order no cancellations will be processed.

If the item has already shipped, you may return the item for a refund once it has arrived. I do not accept returns for custom/personalised items unless faulty or damaged in transit and will require proof of fault or damage. Return shipping is it at your own cost unless the item is faulty or damaged and proof of postage must be obtained in case of loss in the postal system. If a custom/personalised item is returned and is proven to not be faulty/damaged in the post no refund will be given.

Returned non faulty items must be in their original state, with no marks, defects or signs of use. If any of these are present, a refund will not be issued.
For hygiene reasons, you may only return earrings in their original packaging with the tamper proof seal intact.
Any returns, whether faulty or otherwise, must be returned to Crafty Charly within 14 days of notification of the issue and obtaining your returns number.

For any faulty or general returns items, you must contact Crafty Charly via either the message feature on Facebook, this site or via email before posting the item back, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please provide clear photographic evidence of any faults as soon as it happens, along with a full and detailed description. A returns number will be confirmed by Crafty Charly, and this must be quoted when you return the item.

No returns will be accepted for custom or personalised items. Customers ordering a custom phone case will receive a photograph of their proposed design layout for approval, and a completed image before it is dispatched. You will need to confirm that you are happy with the design and item specifics when sent your proposed layout as no returns will be accepted for bespoke items unless they are found to be faulty/damaged in transit (see complaints policy).

Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage for any returns.
Return postage will be not refunded unless in the case of a faulty/damaged in transit item.
All goods will be described on the invoice the customer receives.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Payment is required immediately, by the following methods:
Paypal or credit/debit card via Etsy methods. All payments must clear before any item will be made or dispatched.
Orders must be paid for in full before items can be made, unless agreed in writing by Crafty Charly.
If requesting a custom order, please purchase the listing within 24 hours of receiving the link to it. If no purchase is made within 24 hours I will remove the listing and will be unable to offer any future custom orders.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £1.50 for 2nd class large letters no matter how many items you buy and will be upgraded to signed for at no extra cost if over £20 value, £2.05 for 2nd class signed for large letters and £4.40 2nd class recorded & signed postage for small parcels inside the UK, which will all be shipped by Royal Mail. Any items requiring other dispatch methods, ie over 2kg, of particularly large size or requiring faster delivery will be charged at the rate as dictated by Royal Mail. Postage outside the UK is dependent on Royal Mail prices + the cost of packaging.
Every effort will be made to dispatch ready-made goods within the shipping times on listings, if there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances I will notify any affected customers. Personalised or bespoke items will take longer, and an estimated lead time will be provided on listings.
Orders that are small parcels will be posted by Royal Mail within the UK, and package tracking is available. Should you require insurance, for example if the order cost is not over £20 and this is not included in the postage price as listed this can be arranged, and you will be invoiced the extra cost for the postal insurance service.
If you prefer to arrange your own postal service (ie arranges a specific courier collection with prior agreement by Crafty Charly), the items become your responsibility as soon as they have been received by the courier and no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage in transit.

If you have any cause for complaint, please contact me via the message feature on the Crafty Charly Facebook page, via this site or via email: craftycharlystore [!at] or to my address stating your full name, invoice number, date that you bought the item if applicable, and reason for complaint. All complaints will be looked into by Crafty Charly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Sizing details

If you require a necklace or bracelet in a different size than the listing states, please contact me in advance of making the order to discuss this. Depending on requirements, additional costs may be added to the order to cover adjustments.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, you may not return earrings unless faulty/damaged and in the case of fault/damage they must be in their original packaging with the tamper proof seal intact.

How do I pay?

I currently accept PayPal and Etsy Payments as payment methods. You can use these without even having a PayPal or Etsy account which is pretty cool!

How long does shipping take?

For UK orders, your items are sent 2nd class and Royal Mails estimated time is 3 working days. Please allow at least 10 days + any bank holidays for arrival in case of delays and during busy periods like Christmas.
For international orders please allow at least 10-14 working days and up to 28 working days for international delivery. These may also be subject to delays through customs at their destination which are (unfortunately!) beyond my control.
If you've purchased tracking or your order is over £20 you can track your order using the tracking information provided upon dispatch.

Can I track my order?

If you've purchased tracking/signed for delivery your tracking number will be included in your dispatch note, email and on your order summary on Etsy.
All orders during sale periods will be shipping with signed for delivery within the UK and Tracked & Signed for international orders as standard.
