Everything was great, except the seller forgot to make a card with my personalized message. I did request it be wrapped, though, and that was done beautifully, as was the monogram!

I'd have a hard time overselling this shop. Let's see: 1. Owner contacted me, apologized over a non-issue (a slightly-later than normal delivery), was always polite and friendly 2. Offered to add embroidery. I didn't even know that was a thing. I knew it existed, but just not in this context. So that's cool. 3. And then she gave me an entire extra pouch. Absolutely zero hesitation about giving this shop more business. It's absolutely great. And the pouch certainly seems built to last. It looks great, reasonably tough... yeah, this shop is great. Buy from them.

The bag is great, pattern looks like an arts and crafts print from far away but then up close you can see the monsters hiding as floral design. Very well-made and super fast shipping. My daughter is sure to love it!
