What if I am unable to download the crochet/knitting pattern?
If you are unable to download or just simply don't know how to download, then you can contact me here on Etsy. I ALWAYS SEND THE PATTERN BY EMAIL WHEN THERE ARE DOWNLOADING ISSUES, so don't worry, you will get the pattern 😊😊😊
When you contact me for this, please provide me with an active email address and please do let me know in which language you would like the pattern. I will then send the pattern in your preferred language by email.
Keep in mind, I am in Indonesia = the 8+ GMT timezone. If it is nighttime here and I am asleep, I will be replying to your message + send the pattern by email in the morning. Since I always check my emails very early in the morning, you will not need to wait too long.
What if I would like the crochet/knitting pattern in a different language?
In this case you can contact me and let me know in which language you would like the pattern. If I know the language, I will translate the pattern for you. Free of charge of course.
What if I don't understand a part of the crochet/knitting pattern?
In this case you can contact me and let me know what the issue is with which pattern and on which page. I will explain everything in detail. If necessary, I will find a video that explains it even better. I can even make a drawing of the explanation or a short video. Long story short = I will help till you understand and can continue crocheting/knitting.
I paid with Ideal but can't find my order. Where is it?
When Dutch customers pay with Ideal, it is very important that they return to Etsy to confirm the payment after having paid on Ideal. When this is not done and they skip this step, the payment is returned to their account within 5 WORKING days. So, it's very important that you do not skip this step.
If you have skipped the step and the order failed = don't panic. As I said, the payment will be returned automatically to your account. You can just simply try to purchase again and not skip the step, or you can contact me here on Etsy for help.
