Cancellations: not accepted

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

Payment

Please pay within 3 days - if you require more time then please get in touch to let me know.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal and as you go thru the Payment process choose the option 'I do not have a Paypal account' then follow the instructions on how to pay by credit card of your choice. It is a secure site.

*** Please note VAT or GST or any other sales tax is NOT included on any item in this shop as I am not VAT registered or registered to collect any form of sales tax*** The notification beneath each item price is Etsy generated and has been applied to all items on Etsy

All custom taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Each country will have it's own specific charges.

Shipping

I ship within three working days of receiving payment. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (2nd Class for UK shipments and standard Air Mail for all other countries).

International customers are responsible for all duties + taxes due upon entry into their country.

I combine shipping costs and will refund excess shipping costs over 50p / $1 once the order is confirmed as having arrived.

I package all items very well using high quality materials most of which are reused or recycled

Please allow 28 days for delivery (six weeks if in Canada). If your parcel hasn't arrived within that time, please le let me know. I will then refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
