Everything I make is with the hope that it brings you joy!

Welcome to my shop,
thank you for being here. Let me start at the beginning, in 2016 my husband and I decided to sell our home in the suburbs of Southern California and move to a place we'd never even visited. A tiny remote town in the mountains of Western Montana.
We both quit our corporate jobs in finance and lending and left everything we ever knew behind. The day we arrived in Montana was the first time I saw our new house. We put our faith and life savings in gods hands and haven't looked back. No plans for how to support ourselves, just blind faith.

I have always been a creative person. Mostly just kid friendly crafts and little projects. One day while on the phone with my best friend since grade school, she suggested I turn my tiny private Instagram account into a business account and pursue a dream I had no idea was within reach.

In 2017 after my instagram account started to grow I decided to try opening an etsy shop to see if it was possible to sustain an income that would provide for my family.

If not for you I wouldn't be here. I know this sounds incredibly corny but I hope my story inspires you to follow your dream!
Thank you for reading my story, come say hi on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/crafting_in_the_country/
