I can't say enough about the photos Shannon did for me. They were outstanding. My future wife agreed. I highly recommend her. Shannon is very personable and sincere. This is the type of person you want doing work for you!

Great shot and printing! I LOVE LOVE this one. I wish I could dive in but at least I can remind the family to get back to Maui asap! Wish I was there right now!

Crafty Kai

~ I am a photographer living on the beautiful island of Maui in the great state of Hawaii. Kai is my Daughter and my inspiration, and we love to get crafty together....and so came our name: Crafty Kai. ❤
I sell photographs I have taken, as well as custom photo messages written in the Maui sand. When we originally started our Etsy shop Kai was in Elementary School, so we had a lot more time to get crafty. We sold handmade jewelry, beautiful hand carves mango wood cutting boards (created by my Hubby), feather clips and photographs. I opened this shop as a way of contributing to our family's ever growing expenses, as well as keeping my child's creative mind thriving. Kai has been encouraged to create since she could hold a crayon, and like me, it is her greatest joy and passion. Her current crafts are photography, sewing, beading, painting, jewelry making, paper mâché, and tie dying.

I accept payments through PayPal...PayPay has many payment options available for you.
If you do not have a PayPal account, and this is reason for you to decide to buy elsewhere, please let me know. I am debating on whether to sign up for direct pay. Mahalo for your time.
Due to my location, I generally use mainland labs to avoid high costs in delivery as well as speed up delivery time.

• Shipping Methods
Unless otherwise requested, I usually choose Standard Shipping through the professional labs I use, which tend to be 3-5 days.

• Time Frame
Lab time is usually 1-3 days for prints and can take up to a couple weeks for canvas and other larger orders.
Shipping time is usually 3-5 days
Express lab time/shipping is usually available, but not a guarantee. Please inquire for options.

• Shipping Fee
The shipping fee includes packaging, handling and postage.

• Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive when expected, please contact me right away. I will gladly replace any item damaged in delivery or processing, and help track down your missing package if it hasn’t arrived. You may be asked to provide a photo for proof of damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations, although the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Canvas Gallery Wraps, Metal Prints, Framed Prints and Custom and/or Personalized orders.

Just contact me within: 5 business days of delivery.
Ship items back to me within: 7 business days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must include tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

If your item(s) has been damaged in transit, please contact me right away to arrange for a replacement. You may be asked to provide a photo for proof of damage.

The deposit for a custom photo is non refundable. The reason for this is due to the costs associated with doing a custom photo.
