I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, or it was somehow defective or damaged during shipping, please contact me via convo or email at CraftyMamaSupplies [!at] hotmail.com within 7 days of receipt (according to tracking number) so we can work out a solution.

You may return your item, unused, for a refund or exchange. Once I receive the item back in its original condition I will exchange or refund the purchase price minus original shipping amount. Please package the item in the same manner it was sent and return it via USPS First Class with a tracking number to ensure items are not damaged or lost on the return trip. Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

I accept PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. Just select the PayPal option during checkout, and it will give you the option to pay with a credit or debit card without signing up for a PayPal account.

Please note that California residents pay 8.75% sales tax.

I ship via USPS with delivery confirmation, and you'll receive an email from PayPal with tracking information when your order ships. Please contact me if you don't receive your package and believe it has been lost in transit. I am not responsible for packages that have been stated as "delivered" according to the tracking information.

Your order will be sent out within 3-5 business days of payment-- usually sooner! I ship daily Mon-Sat so you'll get your order quickly!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Buy 1 or 10-- low cost shipping is $2.50 for US, $3.50 for Canada, and $4.50 for Australia! (*Does not apply to American Crafts spools) Stock up and take advantage of the flat rate!

Your package will be sent to the address provided by Paypal- so please make sure it's current! If I notice a difference in the addresses provided from Etsy and Paypal I will try to contact you first to clarify.

I am willing to ship internationally to other countries than those automatically listed, just convo me first so I can get you an accurate shipping price, and then I'll set up the listing for you! US, Canada and Australia shipping prices are already listed for each individual item. Customs forms will be filled out truthfully, and any taxes, fees or duties incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note there is no tracking for international packages. Please allow extra transit time for international shipments, and contact me if you don't receive your package within 3-4 weeks.
