Current Shipping Times
Anything that is listed as "in stock" means it is already made, and we only have to ship it to you. That being said, we still say 1-3 business days to ship the order out to account for the off chance we may be traveling or otherwise not able to get something in the mail the same day as an order comes in. Usually orders (aside from bracelets) ship by the next day.
Standard shipping - for us that is USPS First-Class Mail - is 3-5 business days, and we offer this for free. If you need a package sooner than that, please select the "USPS Priority Mail" option, which will get it to you in 1-3 business days for a $5 additional charge.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations. We do not accept returns unless an item has been damaged in transit. We may accept exchanges depending on the circumstances.
**After 7 days post-delivery, purchases are no longer eligible for exchange, refund or replacement.**
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Our top priority is providing all you amazing queer products that you love. The seller was very helpful friendly and respnsive to my questions about which earrings to purchase for my son's particular identity. I ended up buy both the Transgender and the Non-Binary pair. My son was touched and delighted to recieve them for his birthday. The earrings are well made and attractive. Shipping was speedy and the items well packaged. While the front pieces of our necklaces and bracelets have been sealed for everyday wear, do not swim or shower with them.
Make sure to polish the metal on your necklace regularly to keep it shiny and free of fingerprints.
