Current Shipping Times
Our processing time is 2-3 business days. Please note that even if you choose the Expressing Shipping option, that will not change our *processing* time.
Standard shipping - for us that is USPS First-Class Mail - is 3-5 business days. If you need a package sooner than that, please select the "USPS Priority Mail" option, which will get it to you in 1-3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns unless an item has been damaged in transit.
**After 7 days post-delivery, purchases are no longer eligible for exchange, refund or replacement.**
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Our top priority is providing all you amazing queer products that you love. I saw them at a fair and have been following them since, and am happy to keep tabs on new products.
