No merchandise can be returned once purchased or shipped. T-shirts can only be exchanged. If you find you should have ordered a larger or smaller size shirt, you can exchange it for another size of the same shirt only, within 3 days of the items delivery. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged shirts can be exchanged for a different size of the same shirt only. Each shirt can only be exchanged once. The exchange will be processed upon receipt of the original item back. The buyer ships the item back to me by their own method and a $5.00 flat shipping, handling and restocking fee applies to each shirt that is to be exchanged within the continental United States (International fees to be determined by location).

If the shirt purchased is out of stock, on back order or no longer available, you will be notified by email and be offered an exchange or a refund/cancellation of the order. Once a shirt is purchased the order can not be cancelled and the item can not be returned, sorry.

Photographs can not be returned or exchanged unless there is a major production flaw in the print, in which case it can only be exchanged for another copy of the same print and size.

Paintings can not be returned or exchanged.

All items shipped from the DNGR are inspected and have no damage. DNGR is not liable for any damages, problems, missing items or acts of God once shipped. If an item is received damaged or there is a problem or missing item, the buyer, or the shipping service used will be liable and assume full responsibility. DNGR reserves the right to change it's payment, return or exchange policies at any time without prior notice to you.

All payments are due in full at the time of the order, no item is shipped until payment has been made in full. Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled.

At this time, DNGR has different shipping fees for locations around the world. The shipping fee includes shipping, handling and processing. The shipping costs listed on the DNGR Etsy Store apply to shipping within the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping costs will vary, so please contact me if you need shipping outside of the continental United States, and I will provide you with a custom shipping quote.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you the consumer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All merchandise shall be shipped within 1-2 weeks, typically within 5 business days of the purchase date (the day after the purchase date for orders placed after 5:00pm EST) unless the item is out of stock or on back order in which case the purchaser shall be notified by email as to the status of the order. Please allow the maximum shipping time to be safe. In special circumstances where an item may be discontinued but not updated on the site yet, the purchaser will be notified by email.

Upon purchase the consumer agrees that all items may differ slightly than depicted and described on this site. The photographs and colors of each item are very accurate, however they may differ slightly. Photographs may be cropped due to size, images on the site are shown for portfolio purposes. All descriptions and sizes are very accurate but may differ slightly.
