About

I make all my jewellery by hand and use a variety of different materials. I am inspired by the natural world and all my different hobbies and interests.

I spend a lot of my time polishing old designs and dreaming up new ones. I like to make my designs from scratch as much as I possibly can, but where I can't (sadly I simply don't have the resources to make my own miniature glass bottles!) I try to source materials from other independent businesses.

I work out of the flat I share with my boyfriend, the very-patient Antony, who provides me with frequent cups of tea and the occasional bit of elbow grease. When I'm not working on my business I spend my time collecting hobbies: I like to knit, needlefelt, draw, write, and bake (among many, many other things.)

Welcome to LMW Designs! As long as I can remember I've been passionate about everything and anything sweet and delicious, as well as beautiful, fun and cute jewellery. I try to bring these two passions together in my jewellery. Each piece is individually handmade by me, and I hope you'll love them as much as I do!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Any non-custom item can be returned within 21 days of arrival. Buyer pays return shipping. Sorry, outward shipping cannot be refunded for non-damaged items.

I am happy to exchange items. In cases where the value of the new item exceeds the value of the old, buyer will pay the difference. In cases where the value of the new item is less than the value of the old the difference will be refunded. In all cases buy will pay all shipping charges.

Any item which arrives damaged will be refunded in full where photos of damage are provided. Items lost in the mail will also be refunded if they have not arrived within 14 days of expected arrival.
Payment
I accept PayPal, debit/credit cards and Etsy giftcards.

If none of the above are possible then I will also accept personal cheques, but please be aware that your order will NOT ship until the cheque has cleared into my bank account. Once you have made your order I will set the item aside for you and will ship as soon as the cheque has cleared. In the case of custom orders production will not begin until the cheque has cleared.
Shipping
All orders (unless made-to-order) will be dispatched as soon as possible but always within 1-4 working days. If you require an item urgently, please message me before ordering to arrange a different delivery method.

Custom or made-to-order items will usually ship in 2 weeks but may take up to 4 at busy times.

On international orders (orders from outside the UK) buyer will pay any customs fees that may be incurred during the shipping process. I will always accurately represent the contents of an order on a customs form so if you are ordering as a gift you may wish to take this into account when choosing which shipping address to use. If you are at all concerned please get in touch and I'll see what I can do to help!
