Unique and Dainty Jewelry Pieces Handmade With Love ♡

Hello dear friends, I am Lilya; the founder and the designer of Crane&Lilly.

For as long as I can remember, I've always been drawn to sparkling gemstones. I would spend hours going through my mom's jewelry, just gazing at the colors and holding them up in the sunlight to see the way the gems reflected the light. My dad worked part time in jewelry repair and I would sit behind him and watch him from an early age just to see what beautiful pieces he might be working on. He was the one who taught me all I know about metalsmithing and jewelry making today.

I believe that everything that a man makes with his hands is unique and its evaluation is always subjective. For some it is a masterpiece, for some just another construction.

As for a jewel, what is important is that there are people able and willing to wear it. Therefore, I retain a realistic and humble approach when I estimate the value of my work, although it is invaluable to me! More often than not, after I have materialized what I imagined and designed in my mind, I feel like a little child. I show it to everyone around me and I take great joy when I see in his or her eyes that they like it. By making jewels that people like, I fulfill a dream of my childhood. My greatest reward is to see happy people wearing one of my creations or offering it to a loved one!

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
I hope you'll be delighted with your purchase at Crane&Lilly; on the rare occasion that you aren't entirely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for exchange or refund only. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Please notice, ready chains and rings that I always manufacture to size just for you, or custom and personalized orders are not allowed to return. I will not accept them back.

I am more than happy the resize or adjust items that you may have ordered in the incorrect size, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. A listing for the shipping amount will be sent to you upon the return of the item to my studio, and must be payed before to adjusted item is mailed back to you.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express securely through PayPal.
Payment must be received within 4 days of sale, or make arrangements with us, otherwise the order will be canceled.
You can also make a money transfer by Western Union. To do that, please contact us first.
Items will begin processing and will be shipped out once payment has cleared.
Shipping
Processing time for all orders is 2-5 business days and they are shipped with Registered Air Mail. Every order comes with tracking and a confirmation number will be provided for you in your confirmation email after the payment has been received. You can also find your tracking number in the Purchases & Reviews section of your account.

Items sent by Registered Mail reach most of the countries within 15 to 30 business days. Sometimes items will be delayed due to unexpected reason. Please contact us if you don't receive your package exceeded 30 business days excludes weekends and holidays.

Registered Mail available only for: United States, Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Brazil, Britain, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Hong Kong, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland. Also, shipping upgrade is available for all countries at checkout. Express Mail Service (2-6 business day delivery) is $36.

Please note that you are responsible for knowing your country's customs and duty policies. Most items go through without any additional fees, but in the instance they don't, the buyer is responsible.

All weights are based on original manufacturer information and/or weighing at time of listing item. There may be a 1-3% variation in listed weight due to manufacturing differences during production.

Cleaning and Care Information:

Remove Jewelry During Tasks – When performing manual tasks, remove your jewelry to prevent physical damage or exposure to chemicals or cleaning fluids. Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewelry include kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and other common tasks.

Put Jewelry On After Applying Makeup – Cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes and lotion can contain chemicals that can often damage jewelry. Putting jewelry on after applying these materials will limit exposure to jewelry and any potential damage.

Don't Wear Jewelry In Swimming Pools and Spas – Chlorinated water can react with the metals found in jewelry causing color changes and even structural damage. As a result it's a good idea to remove jewelry before entering the pool or spa.

Keep Your Jewelry Secure – Store your jewelry in a container and prevent pieces from moving around. While fabric-lined jewelry boxes are ideal, this can be as simple as using a shoebox and pieces of fabric.

Prevent Your Jewelry from Tarnishing – Sometimes jewelry tarnishes went it's not worn, especially silver and gold. To maintain the luster of your jewelry, place silver anti-tarnish strips in your storage container to absorb the oxidants that discolor and tarnish jewelry.
