So what is a Crankbunny anyway?
The short story*
A Crankbunny is a very magical type of fish that is half fish and half rabbit. It is rare type of aquatic being that inhabits particular waters only found in a handful of locations (two handfuls) in the world. This type of fish only responds to subtle movement, delicious odors, creative bursts of freedom, and copious amounts of slumbering sleep.
This shop sells all sorts of different paper puppets, pop up cards, and other paper toy novelties designed and handmade by the artist who refers to herself as Crankbunny.

All the goodies in this shop are created, cut, produced proudly by one set of hands and printed in the United States of America.
About the artist*
Crankbunny or Norma Toraya is your typical tattooed potty mouth who enjoys helping others with two legs ( and four legs ) ..... either by answering emails, making a special paper doll for someone's birthday, putting together an order for a birth announcement or making cards whose profits get donated directly to dog rescues in the US every month.
She happily relinquishes in knowing that in a parallel universe she is a magical fish, and in another universe a Robot Ninja with one main goal, TCB!

• All items are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 days production time.
• Orders will ship within 3 to 5 days (Monday to Saturday, excluding major holidays) from Florida, USA.
• Orders ship using USPS First Class rates. Priority and Express options with costs are listed at checkout if available.
• Priority Mail is recommended for items that need to arrive by a certain date.
• USPS delivers in 2 - 7 days depending on your location in the USA.
• USPS delivers to non-US countries typically 7 to 10 business days (2 weeks).
USPS delivers to international countries outside the USA in typically 7 to 10 business days with no tracking available (it can take up to 2 to 5 weeks depending on location and customs procedures).
• Shipping time to UK/AUS/Europe/Asia is generally about two weeks.
• Rush international shipping rates are an available option but are expensive. They start in the 29.00 USD dollar range depending on order size. Please contact the shop to upgrade international shipping.
COST : All orders must be shipped at a USPS package rigid / package rate so the paper goods in them stay flat and do not arrive damaged or bent. Prices for this USPS International rate are high because of this - the shop does its best to give customers the best shipping rate.
SHIPPING DIRECTLY TO ANOTHER PERSON?
The shop will happily ship any card or paper puppet as a gift, but please read the following below.
• Double check that you have the correct address
• Leave a small note in the “Notes to Seller” during checkout that the order is a gift. It is suggested you also include a from name so the shop can add it to the package.
• Non-US orders for cards should add insurance. Refunds will not be given your third party says the package never arrived.
-Orders ship using USPS First Class rates. Priority and Express options with costs are listed at checkout if available.
- Orders will ship within 3 to 5 days (Monday to Saturday, excluding major holidays). If a product has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be noted on the product listing page. Please do take the time to read all the product descriptions.
- Feel free to contact the shop if there are any shipping concerns (post office isn't nice to you, you want the card for an event that's coming up soon, etc) when placing an order.
- Orders are shipped to the address that you checked out with through Etsy. If you would like to ship to a different address - please contact / convo the shop.
- All the orders are packaged very carefully, rigid, between sturdy layers of cardboard or boxed.
- All orders have a 7 day return policy. Please contact the shop if there is an issue with an order.
- All orders are sent First Class Domestic with USPS tracking within the United States. An email is sent when your order is shipped with your shipping information. Check the "Purchases" area of your account also.
- Shipping within the USA with First Class Domestic USPS takes typically 2 to 7 business days from Florida - USA . In the event that USPS mismanages the package, it can sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive.
- Each order shipped within the USA has a delivery confirmation number that can be used as tracking at USPS.com. This number is sent to your Etsy email address and posted in your account "Purchases" area.
- The shop ships to international countries, but certain countries will include a mandatory shipping insurance fee.
- All orders are shipped internationally using USPS First Class International. There is no way to track international packages. Packages outside the United States can take up to 6 weeks to arrive - mainly because of customs. If the package does not arrive to it's destination, no refund will be given unless shipping insurance is purchased.
- Shipping insurance is valid for 90 days. Please contact the shop if you have not received your order in 30 days and have bought shipping insurance with your order.
-Shipping Insurance is strongly suggested. It covers up to $100 and costs only $1.25 USD for a package mailed in the United States, and $2.25 USD for international orders. Please contact the shop directly for insurance. There is a 90 day expiration date on shipping insurance.
-The shop is not responsible for any international customs and duties that may be imposed on large orders shipped to countries outside the US. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations.
Refunds and Exchanges
Within the United States:
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Domestic Rate with Delivery Confirmation. An email is sent out with this information once the order has been shipped. Delivery Confirmation allows both the shop and buyer to confirm the delivery or location of the package. Refunds are based on the 'Delivery Confirmation' status of the package.
If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. Please ask others in your home, neighbors, and postal carrier if they have seen the package. No refund shall be given.
If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit" is more than 3 days, print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your local office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you. No refund shall be given otherwise.
If the package reads as in transit, the package is stuck in the large and confusing organs of USPS. After 15 business days (3 weeks) of shipment date, if the package has not dislodged itself and arrived/changed status it is safe to say the package was lost by USPS. You will received a refund for the order.
***Please consider shipping insurance, signature confirmation and/or priority mail for your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and most importantly on time if for a special event.
Outside the United States:
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class International and does not have any tracking. Packages outside the United States can take up to 6 weeks to arrive - mainly because of customs. If the package does not arrive to it's destination, no refund will be given unless shipping insurance is purchased.

E-books & Digital File Purchases:
Once purchased, eBooks or any digital file items cannot be refunded. Sales on eBooks are final and cannot be exchanged/refunded/returned. If however, you find that an eBook is faulty, please contact the shop immediately.

Why does my country fall in the "Everywhere Else" shipping category and why is the shipping cost more than other countries?
You live in a country that requires a mandatory shipping insurance fee to ship your order. Insurance is valid for 90 days from the shipping date.
Can I buy more that one of a particular card?
Yes! Check the shop for more listings.
My order is missing something?
Please quickly email the shop and it will be quickly resolved.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order please email/convo the shop within 7 days of receiving the item. A refund will be given for costs upon return. Returns are only accepted for two weeks after a return label has been approved / sent to the customer.
Can you send me my card quickly! I need it for etc, etc!, etc?
All orders ship in 3 to 5 days. Each card or item is handmade and the shop will always ship out an order asap. Priority and Express Mail shipping upgrades at checkout are recommended when trying to get an order quickly.
Are you able to send an order as a gift to a special someone?
Happy to do so! Just two important requirements!
1. Let the shop know through email / or Etsy convo if the order is a gift and if you need something written with the gift. No flyers or invoices will be included.
2. Please double check and make sure that the address is correct. The shop is not responsible if it is delivered to the wrong address because of a customer error.
