We started our business in 2014. Originally we had two shops, Crawdadz Knitty Gritty and Crawdadz Shiplap Shack. As we evolved we found it best to rebrand ourselves with new products, a new look, and a new name. One we plan to keep for the long haul.

Customer Service is the most important thing to me. I strive to ensure all of my customers are happy with their purchase. Positive feedback will greatly be appreciated if you feel it is well deserved. This will give other buyers confidence in purchasing items from me. This boost in sells will allow me to reward my customers with discounted items and/or giveaways. This benefits everyone.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed, this policy is because we often ship RTS items immediately or make MTO items immediately. Customized and personalized orders may not be exchanged or returned.
Payment
Payment is accepted through Etsy and/or PayPal only.
Shipping
All items are shipped through the USPS with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped in the most economical way and are usually upgraded to priority shipping at no additional cost when the costs to ship are almost identical. Priority mail includes a tracking number and at least $50 of insurance. Insurance (or additional insurance) may be purchased. If you wish to purchase insurance (or additional insurance), please message me before placing your order so I can add that cost into your order.

Any shipping cost in excess of $5 over the postage price will be refunded if you request it within 3 days of delivery. A $5 buffer exists because more goes into the shipping price than just the cost of postage; shipping boxes and packaging materials for example.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail. All insurance claims to USPS must be completed by you.

About customs fees:
International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
