Beautiful, tonal yarn with nice intensity!

I was worried that the color would be very different in person, and I absolutely loved what was pictured on my screen - good news it is even better!!! And the yarn is SO soft - I am having a REALLY hard time putting it aside to try and finish some other stuff ... we'll see how that goes! Fabulous yarn and seller!!!

About

Quilter to knitter to dyer and back again.

I learned to knit as a child, but was never really any good at it. Life happened and I became a quilter. I crafted mostly hand appliquéd quilts. My sister in law's mother challenged me to take up knitting again. I rose to the challenge, re-learning how to knit and I became obsessed. I bought a few hand dyed skeins on Etsy in 2007, and I was disappointed a few times in the quality that I received, so I decided to give it a try myself. I began selling on Etsy in 2007 and continued for several years until I started my own web site. In 2012, we sold our big house and downsized, so in that process I reevaluated my priorities, and I decided at that time that I wanted to spend more of my free time actually knitting instead of dyeing yarn madly to keep everything in stock. A few years have gone by and I have more free time, so I decided to resurrect my shop. I gave it a new look and a new name to honor my new habitat. I hope you will stop by often to see what new beauties I dye up in my kitchen!
