I can ship most orders within a week. Larger Orders and Out of Stock items may take a little longer. Just message me with your deadline details, and I'll see what I can do! Most orders ship via USPS first class or priority mail.

Hand washing is for the birds. The personalization holds up great in the dishwasher. Some of my items are not dishwasher safe per the manufacturer: glitter tumblers, glitter wine glasses, confetti tumblers, and glitter water bottles. Flutes, clear wine glasses, and Nalgene bottles do well in the dishwasher.

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier. I would love to hand deliver your packages over cup of coffee, but I have to leave that up to USPS. On rare occasions, USPS is unreliable. I've received late packages before, and I know it's a huge bummer. I wish I had more control over when your packages will arrive.
