Soft and pretty. Great quality. Color as pictured. Gave it as a gift, so can't really tell how it washes or holds up. Only wished the seller would have not sprayed perfume on it.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
At the moment I`m happy to accept payments through PayPal which is one of the safest ways to complete online payments.

Please note that if the payment is not done within 48h from placing an order then I will need to cancel the sale and relist the item.
Shipping
I always send items within 1-2 working days from receiving the payment.

Shipping is not possible on Sundays and Bank Holidays (Easter, Christmas etc) due to post office being closed. Shipping on Saturdays is also limited and can be done only before 1pm my local time.

Please mind the time zone when ordering!

Your purchase will be sent to your Etsy address, unless otherwise stated in the message attached to the order.

If you don`t receive your item within a reasonable time then please contact me and I will inform you about the delivery status.

Please note that the shipping from Europe to USA, Canada, Australia takes up to 10-14 working days, it may take longer during holidays rush time like Christmas.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are being double checked before shipping and they are in a perfect condition so I can happily say that there shouldn`t be any complaints about faultiness.

All fabrics and materials are new and unused.

Please note that I DO NOT offer PayPal refunds but I`m happy to offer an exchange for another item from my shop if you decide that you don`t like the item which arrived to you.

The only thing you need to do is to send it back to me and I will ship a new item of your choice back to you as soon as I receive package from you.

The shipping of the replacement is free but I DO NOT cover your shipping costs of unwanted item which you post back to me.

To avoid any problems please make sure that you want the item before you buy it! :) There are few pictures of each item available to look at in my shop before placing your order so please have a closer look.

In case when the item has been lost during the shipping then the postal services are responsible to solve the problem after providing the tracking number of the delivery by the customer.

Important is that reporting lost package at the post office is time consuming and it takes over a month or sometimes longer to be solved.

Unfortunately this doesn`t depend on me so please be patient.

In case when your package has been really lost and after the investigation I have been notified by the post office that this has happened, I will offer you a replacement by no extra costs and I will ship it for free to you. You will be able to choose any item from my shop which costs equivalent amount of what you paid at the first place.

Please note that I won`t be able to do any exceptions for anyone.

PLEASE FOR THE FUTURE REFERENCE:
If your package hasn`t arrived or you think it is delayed or lost, please CONTACT ME FIRST throught Etsy`s Conversations before you start a case against my shop.

Usually the delay may be caused by the post office, bad weather conditions or other unexpected events but I can always check it for you and let you know where your package is and how soon it will reach you.
