If there is NO problem with the item received, shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

When returning the item, please make sure to include:
Your Etsy user ID
Purchase date
transaction# and

Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for exchange and refund. We will issue a credit to your PayPal account after we receive the returned products. Please include a invoice and your contact information. I will contact you as soon as I receive the the item.

We're always happy to answer any questions you may have, and will combine shipping on multiple purchases. We prefer PayPal.

If we don't receive your payment via Paypal within 3 DAYS of placing your order, I will cancel the order and it will be removed from both of our Etsy records.

We search your payment on PayPal by the info you provide us on Etsy. If the Name, date of payment of your Etsy order does not match the PayPal info., the 3 business day shipping policy WILL NOT apply to your order and you shippment may be delayed until we find your payment on PayPal.

Your shippment will be delayed if your info on your provided PayPal account is either unconfirmed or inlegible for seller protection as it will take us extra time to verified the payment info.

Please contact us if are paying 3 days after your original purchased day. This will help us find your order and will help us ship out your order in a timely manner.

If no contact from the buyer regarding your payment date, the "within 3 days" shippment policy will NOT apply to your order. It will ship out as soon as we find your payment.

All order UNPAID after 7 days (including weekends and holidays) from the original purchased date will be automatically cancelled.

1-Our Primary shipping method is via "USPS". All packages will go USPS First Class Parcel (Domestic or International) Unless special arrangement for Prioirty, Express or Global Express Guarantee.

2-Due to the volumn of orders, we do our best to get your package out as soon as we can. Please allow us to process and ship out your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we have received your payment. Orders received after 2:30PM EST, on weekends and holidays will consider ordered on the next business day.

3-We will gladly accept any rush shipping orders to fit your needs by offering the following "Special request" method: Domestic Prioity, Domestic Express, International Priority, Internationsl Express. Please convo us with the type of rush service you would like and we'll quote you with the price and approx Delivery time. :)

4-Domestic buyer: You will receive tracking/confirmation # once your package is shipped.

5-Please note, to help expedite your shippment, please make sure your PayPal address info is the same as the info you're providing on your etsy order.

Note to ALL Buyers: Insurance is optional but highly recommended. With NO insurance, we are NOT responsible for damage, loss, or late arrival once your package is shipped and in the care of the USPS system so if your package is damaged, lost, or a late arrival while enroute please contact your local Post Office. Once your package is enroute via USPS, it has become goverment property and we have no control over it's operation.

All excess shipping charges will be refunded accordingly at the time your order is being processed for shipping. Thank you for your patience.

*** Florida Customers: If you have FL state issued "Seller's Permit", please provide your permit # to us after you have placed your order. We will refund FL sales tax back to you.


We always attemot to get your package to you as soon as possible. Once the package is shipped, we have no control over the time of it's arrival. Each country is different & Customs of your country "might" withhold the package for any reason. We strongly recommand that you request a shipping method that has "tracking" number so you may track your package. Otherwise, you can convo us for the custom number that is attached to your package. If you feel that your package has taken longer than it should, please convo us and we'll be glad to assist you in anyway.
