REFUNDS:
Refunds are only offered in the case of cancellation if it's within the time frame allowed for this, (please see detailed time line information regarding this in the "Payment" section above).

***We are not in control of packages once they have shipped out and therefor do not offer refunds on orders delivered later than expected due to hold ups or issues within the Postal System, with UPS, or FedEx.***

EXCHANGES:
Please understand that my merchandise is a custom order and therefore is made spcificallly for you. I communicate the design details in great length prior to making your item(s) to insure that you receive what you want. Please be sure that at the time of discussing the details, you let me know what aspects of the design are very important to you and that you provide pictures and/or color swatches. Exchanges are not usually offered.
I take every care and measure possible to package merchandise well and securely so damage dosn't happen while in transit, but I do understand that sometimes accidents occur. Unfortunately, I can't control the postal service and I encourage you to upgrade your shipping to FedEx or UPS if this is a concearn.

I take payment via Pay Pal. The quoted turn around time for custom orders begins upon payment of your order. If you choose to pay with a check on Pay Pal, the turn around time begins upon clearance of the check.

*{Order Cancellation}*
If for any reason you need to cancel your custom order, you are welcome to do so for a full refund if your order is cancelled within 5 days of placing/paying for your order. Orders cancelled after 5 days can only be refunded for 50% of the purchase price and 100% of the shipping charge. Custom orders can not be canceled 5 days or less before their scheduled ship date for a refund. *Refunds are issued through Pay Pal to the original e-mail account used for payment.

All orders are shipped through USPS standard (parcel) post. You are more than welcome to upgrade your shipping to Priority rate or better for the extra cost.
All orders are shipped with a confirmaton number.. ***PLEASE NOTE: once your order ships, it is no longer my responsibilty. Although I will do my best to help with the tracking, I can not guarantee that your order will make it to you by the date you need it by, due to uncontrollable circumstances in shipping once it's out. Due to the fact that the majority of my business is custom order, your lost or late order is not easily replacable, and can not be refunded.

If you need your item(s) sooner, just let us know prior to purchasing so that we can make sure there is enough time to get your order out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I do ship internationally and welcome all orders. If you are outside the United States, please e-mial or "convo" for a shipping quote.

Payment plans are available for all large orders and are very flexible. We allow you to make as many payments as necessary, and to pay on your own schedule.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for work to begin. Should you decide to stop making payments for any reason, the 50% deposit will be considered payment for labor and supplies on our end.
