How it all started..

I started making jewelry in 2007 when I lost one of my beloved wooden earrings and wanted to replace it.

At first I designed for myself but after having seen that people liked what I created I started selling part time.

I really enjoy the whole creative process of looking for materials, receiving supplies in the mail (often from China, Japan, etc.. :)), putting jewelry together, taking photos, etc.

I recently returned back to creating jewelry after having my two children, Matilda and Lukas. It is a whirlwind but I missed creating a lot!

Hi, I am Senja, a German/Finn living in the beautiful southwest of Sweden with my Swedish/Finn husband.

I love bright, happy colors and warm shapes. Being creative has always been important to me and making jewelry has become my new passion. I am very excited to have open up my etsy shop again and hope you love my designs as much as I do! :)

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Please keep in mind that all of my creations are handmade so minor differences {from the photos} are to be expected.

1) Please contact me before returning an item. Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for damaged goods only. Please convo me if there is a problem with your order.

- If your jewelry arrives damaged, I will ask you to take a photograph and return it to me in the original packing if at all possible. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after you received your purchase. It must also be in its original condition. Exchanges that are returned in damaged condition will not be honored.

2) Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange. You are also responsible for return shipping.

I will be happy to hear from you, so if you have any questions, please feel free to convo or email me at senja.lindahl [!at] so that I may assist in a satisfactory transaction for both you and myself. I would prefer that my potential customers contact me before buying so they can make the best informed buying decision. I believe communication is key for both buyer and seller. I leave feedback as soon as I have shipped your order. I do of course love the feedback from you too!

I primarily use Etsy’s convo-system when communicating with customers. Please do check your account regularly a couple of days after a purchase, in case I need additional information from you regarding your order.

To keep your package light-weight and shipping costs to a minimum, items are wrapped in silk paper and shipped in a cardboard box.

- If you would like me to ship to a ”giftee’s” adress please also let me know in ’message to seller’.

Don't forget to double check your listed mailing address. If your address in your Etsy OR your PayPal profile is incorrect, please let me know ASAP and I will make sure that your order is shipped to your best & most recent address. If your PayPal and Etsy address do not match, I will ship your purchases to your ETSY invoice address as the default, provided at the time of purchase, unless you let me know otherwise.

2) I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave Sweden. However if you would like an upgrade to insured shipment please feel free to inquire about the costs. I will only charge for the actual postage.

3) Please note: international & national customers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
