I want to emphasize that what I design are handcrafted products which makes it almost impossible for all of them to be exactly alike. Since personalized products are manufactured in such a way that it could not be sold to anyone else, we are not able to accept exchanges, refunds or late cancellations once the order is placed.
In the unfortunate case my handmade personalized products did not meet your expectations, please know I have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible. I will be in contact with you to make the best attempt in regaining your confidence in my products. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION APPROVAL:
I want your order to be made just the way you want it! I also understand that everyone makes mistakes. If there is an error on my end, I will replace your order. Since I will type the personalized info EXACTLY as you send it to me, please review all spelling, design, dates and names carefully on the personalized PDF proof sent by email before starting production of your order. Please send APPROVAL of the PDF document by email to NessieY [!at] creartivitydesigns.com - Approval of the finished proof is considered signature on agreement. This means that you accept any text and design to be up to your expectations. Any typographical error from that point forward will not be considered a creARTiViTY error.

CHANGES TO ORDER OR DESIGN:
Charges may apply for changes to the layout (as posted on the listing) or for design requests submitted after the transaction is complete. The transaction is considered complete after creARTiViTY receives customer’s approval email of the final proof PDF files.
There is a non-refundable design fee of $39.99 to any changed order (which includes redesign of an existing listing item). The exact amount of a redesign fee may depend upon the amount of design time and cost of materials involved.

CANCELLATIONS:
Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. To qualify for a cancellation of order the project must not have reached the personalization stage.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Digital downloads
* Custom jewelry (Made-to-order item)

Conditions of return:
If you are dissatisfied with the goods that you receive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return in the original wrapping to discuss best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Your order will be shipped via US Mail Priority Mail Flat rate services (unless otherwise stated or agreed). Postage and packing rates quoted are for delivery within mainland US, HI and PR. Fees are subject to change without notice. To ensure customer and seller are happy with shipping process, I include Insurance and Signature Confirmation Fees on shipping prices. Most orders should fit in a PMFREnvelope for an approximate price of $12.20. If your order more than 1 of the same item Convo me to see if we can combine shipping.

Insurance up to $100 = $2.75**
Signature Confirmation = $3.00

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (vat)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

PROCESSING TIME:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
The start-to-finish process for:
* Paper & DIY Products: 5-7 days after receipt of payment & ALL personalization info
* Fabric Products: orders should be placed 2-3 weeks in advance.

PRODUCTION DETAILS:

After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation.
1. I will be in contact with you to put final details on your personalized character or to discuss which icon will be used for your special event.
2. Once order is settled, a draft will be delivered to you by email as high-resolution PDF document within 3-4 days. Please review all spelling, design, dates and names carefully on the personalized PDF proof.
3. If necessary, email any spelling & layout corrections to NessieY [!at] creartivitydesigns.com. Once errors are corrected a second final PDF proof will be sent with requested corrections.
4. Please send APPROVAL of the PDF proof by email to NessieY [!at] creartivitydesigns.com - Approval of the finished proof is considered signature on agreement. This means that you accept any text and design to be up to your expectations.
5. Then we move to the PRODUCTION STAGE. Now, you will be advised of the expected delivery time of your order via email. Your order will be mailed within 2-4 working days after the production of your finished product.

• SALE: Artist hereby sells the Work to Purchaser at the agreed listed value.
• COPYRIGHT: In compliance with federal VARA law the Artist reserves all rights of reproduction; including without limitation all copyrights and trade dress rights, in the Artwork. This includes the California Resale Royalty.
• GENERAL: The Artwork is sold as is. Certificate of Authenticity included.

All designs are copyrighted. Images are solely intended for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes or as part of a commercial enterprise.
