I ordered this cute shirt but had to ask Etsy support to help me with this order as I’ve not heard from the seller since my purchase. I’d find this shirt from someone else. It’s really too bad. Folks would wait for long time if they only had some communication. Thank you Etsy support for you’re help!!!

Our scrunchies are not machine washable. They are not made to be immersed in water. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth to clean.
Our t-shirts & sweatshirts should be turned inside out and washed on a machine's gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat.
Our key fobs & lanyards are not machine washable. They are not made to be immersed in water. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth to clean.

We are not responsible for any damages due to shrinkage, designs pealing, metal scratching/tarnishing because of improper care to the item.
Shipping
Accessory orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
All of our apparel is currently made to order and takes 1-10 business days to ship. Usually, orders ship out within 3 business days, but they can take longer due to delays from our supplier. Please message us with any questions on where your order is in processing.
Also, once we give the packages to USPS, they are out of our hands. We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for delayed or missing packages. Please contact USPS and your local post office to help find your missing package.
