All the piece(s) you see listed are one-of-kind. They are all handmade with joy and care and when you wear my piece(s) I hope you feel the same.

If you ever want an order specially made with a specific gem in mind, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
The buyer assumes the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to defect in workmanship. In the case of defect, I will reimburse return shipping and will be happy to fix the item without charge.

If some reason you are not completely satisfied on the initial receipt of your item, you have seven (7) days to request a full refund (minus shipping costs) and shipped back to me in its original condition.
I accept Money Order and Paypal (they accept all major credit cards). If you are paying with your credit card use the Paypal link at checkout to complete your payment (Paypal keeps your information safe and confidential). If you are paying by money order, your item(s) will be held until the Money Order arrives.
Your item(s) will be shipped within two (2) days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Shipping international most welcome.

Shipping insurance is avaible upon request. All items shipped with insurance, the customer will be provided with the delivery confirmation number at the time of of shipping. Please note, delivery confirmation does not in any way guarantee that the package will arrive or that it will not be damaged, it is simply a tracking number that ensures your item was sent.

If you have concerns due to allergens, please contact me before I ship or custom ordering. I understand your concerns, and will absolutely be honest about my piece(s) to try and create a product especially for you. I do not claim that my items are hypo-allergenic, so please make sure to let me know if you have any concerns about metal content. I am not responsible for injury due to allergens.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are subject to special return and refund considerations. If I am able to relist and reasonably expect to sell the item, I will try to work with you. If you have concerns about your ability to return a custom order, please address that issue with me before ordering. In most cases I can let you know if an item will be eligible for return or not.

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable, as they are often used to purchase supplies for your order.
