If there is a problem with your item please contact me within 5 days of receipt. Refunds and exchanges are done on a case by case basis and do not include shipping and handling. Rest assured I will work with you until you are satisfied.

I prefer payments through paypal. This is the fastest way to receive your items. I will also accept USPS postal money orders from US only. International purchases paypal only. I must receive money order within 10 days of purchase unless there's a holiday. If paying thru an echeck or money order I will wait for clearance to ship items.

I ship to paypal address. Please make sure your paypal address is correct. I combine shipping on multiple purchases the discount is already in each listing. All items are shipped first class mail unless buyer requests other. I ship as quickly as possible, but please allow up to four business days for shipping. Some of my items are made to order and will say that in the description. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please convo me before checkout and I will add it. If there is a problem with delivery I will work with you to resolve it.

**International shipping** I do my best to ship anywhere possible, but can't be held responsible for any hold ups or additional fees at customs for your country. My pincushions shipped to other countries will not contain the beans only polyfill and fabric due to the many various customs regulations concerning food.
