Since all items are handmade, there will be slight variations that are not considered to be defects. The Createry Shop does not accept refunds or do exchanges once and item has been shipped. The Createry Shop is not responsible for any items that have been mishandled, lost, damaged, or have arrived late. The Createry Shop will do our very best to size items from the information given to us and are not responsible for changes in item sizes after it has been shipped.

Regarding patterns sent via e-mail, either in PDF or other format. Due to the nature of the information and item there are no refunds or exchanges on patterns. The Createry Shop will answer any questions and help is always available for patterns, however purchased patterns will not be re-issued or re-sent to the customer after the pattern has been sent.

We accept payment through Paypal. If you require other methods of payment just contact me for more information.

All purchase order transactions made with the Createry Shop are final. For knitting pattern orders, patterns are sent out via e-mail to the customer along with an Etsy conversation message confirming that the order has been sent to the email address provided by Etsy upon transaction. At times orders may be sent via mail.

Once a purchase order is sent out by The Createry Shop the purchase transaction is at that time considered to be completed and closed. All completed and closed transactions are final and the Createry Shop is not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, or deleted patterns or items. The Createry Shop will not be responsible for re-sending or re-issuing any purchases to the customer.

Shipping times may vary without notice. Shipping times may take longer for international orders. Parcels shipped do not include insurance or signature requirements. Please let me know if you want to include these additional shipping features, they will be subject to an additional fee.

Finished items are made in a smoke free and chemical free environment. All parcels are packaged with tissue in a waterproof and air-proof sealed bag with a bubble wrap envelope to ensure your item arrives safely.

The Createry Shop will do everything it can to ensure your items are shipped safely and in a timely fashion. Tracking numbers for parcels may be given if they are available.
