I LOVE all things colorful, positive, happy, sparkly and girly. My whole life my mom taught me to love creating by guiding me through numerous arts and craft projects. My parents home is FULL of years of Christmas, birthday, mothers and fathers day gifts. Now I literally can't stop working on my numerous arts and crafts! I cycle between making paintings, jewelry, flowered hair adornments, jewelry mobiles, and collecting and decorating unique containers--thus you will find this to be a pretty eclectic shop!

I personally hand pick all the beads I use to make my beaded earrings and jewelry mobiles. My eye is drawn to practically anything colorful and or sparkly so I'm dangerous inside a Michaels or Joanns. For awhile I was routinely driving around to estate sales, yard sales, Goodwills and Salvation Army's buying up all the awesome necklaces, bracelets and containers that caught my eye.

Through painting and drawing I Create Sunshine daily. I tend to paint my ideal one day living situation: somewhere in my colorful house on a beach or mountaintop with sunshine above, water below and mountains beyond. Some day I hope to share my bright, positive, colorful happy artwork as wall decals and murals in places that could use some sunshine. In the meantime, I have originals paintings here for sale and soon I'll add prints!

Where do I create: at my kitchen/dining room table which doubles as my desk! A few years ago my husband refinished the old gifted table and stained it my favorite color--blue!

When do I create: mostly in the evenings while watching tv (daily show, natgeo/discovery channel Alaska shows, trashy reality shows, etc)

What motivates me to create: a clean/clear workspace and easy access to all my supplies!

What's my favorite thing to create: that would be a tie between painting and jewelry making! I could easily do either all day long.
