For the last few years I have been working on my goal of creating and selling professional wedding veils at affordable prices. One of the many ways I have found to spend less-and pass along the savings- is to buy in bulk. Bulk supplies that is. I still do all the sewing myself. Before I buy in bulk however, I do a lot of research to assure that I get good quality. This means I have fewer veil styles available for purchase than some who have been selling just as long as me, but what I make is the best for its price.
Create Your Dream began in 2009 as a jewelry shop. It stayed that way until several weeks after my wedding in 2010. I had some sewing experience and decided to make my own wedding veil. I also made some mini veils-suitable for a bachelorette party. I had a few mini veils left over from the festivities and decided to put them on my Etsy shop. To my delight they sold, so I made more. I soon went on to making full length wedding veils. I found that my wedding veils were selling better than my jewelery and were slowly taking over my jewelry shop until I woke up one morning and realized Create Your Dream had turned into a bridal. I'm just glad the name fits.
