Do I need to purchase a license for commercial use?
Most likely, no! You are allowed to produce 1,000 items with each clipart pack. When you click on a listing, the commercial use policy is listed in the photos. If you are planning to mass produce with a clipart pack, please reach out to me direct. We can discuss a custom license for your needs. :)
If you are planning to use in website, logo, or social media posts, you are welcome to use infinitely since it is not a product.
What are examples of ALLOWED commercial use?
- Sublimation/ print on demand
- Printing/ heat transfer for fabrics, apparel, merchandise
- Household decor, party decor, party favors
- Cupcake wrappers, cake toppers, and recipe cards
- Invitations, greeting cards, stationary
- Scrapbook papers, craft items, die-cuts (both physical and digital)
- Planner stickers, stickers, washi tape (both physical and digital)
- Business cards, logos, marketing materials
- Assets for apps, blogs, and websites
- Educational tools
ALSO: If you are making digital downloads (i.e. planner stickers, papers, toppers), then you are only allowed to distribute them as flattened JPEG or PDF files, NOT multi-layer files.
What are examples of NOT ALLOWED commercial use?
- Reselling clipart images
- Reselling clipart in different file formats or larger grouped images
- Tracing images to recreate clipart and resell as "different clipart"
- Claiming the image as your own work
- Publishing patterns designs on mass production sites that
require no work (i.e. Spoonflower, Redbubble, Society 6, Teepublic, Shopify etc.)
- Redistributing clipart illustrations for free on BLOGS, web postings, to friends or colleagues
- Reselling clipart as art prints, cutouts, AS IS with NO editing
Am I required to give credit when using clipart for commercial use?
Nope! But I genuinely appreciate it if you would. :)
Do you offer custom work?
Custom work is currently available. Availability is subject to change dependent on my workload. I charge on an hourly basis. I am taking requests on upcoming clipart packs!
I previously got a different commercial use license. How do the new licensing terms apply to me?
Previous buyers are grandfathered in to their previous commercial use agreement, unless the new agreement is more beneficial to your business.
There are no refunds for previously purchased licenses.
If the new terms no longer require you to purchase a license, then please do not purchase a license!
I see a pack that I previously purchased that has been updated, can I get the update for free?
Yes! Just message me and I can email you the updated pack. :)
