The seller was great about getting this item to me as quickly as possible during the busy holiday season. The quality was also great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, instead of 5, is that the item was not as pictured. The "font," if you will, was different than the one I saw online, which was the whole reason I had purchased from this shop as opposed to others.

Avoid this seller at all cost unless you want to throw away money. I ordered an "M". Item came broken into two pieces. I contacted seller immediately & she refused to do anything but refund my shipping. I even just asked for a plain wood M to glue to the broken M & she refused. I asked if it had insurance since it went priority & she said no. She was just too lazy to file the claim herself. I filed a claim & at least was refunded my money by USPS for the item but wasn't refunded for the shipping. Worst seller I have ever dealt with on Etsy, Ebay, Facebook, & several mother selling boards. Listing is deceiving. I requested whole corks. The item comes with corks cut in half & glued to the letter. I understand she needs a flat surface but to me that is a cut cork. She says cut corks she cuts into slivers.

From the review I expected great things instead I got an L that multiple corks fell off of the glue was vey visible so was the wood! For the price I expected much better. Will be buying a new gift for the person I was going to give this to!

I love my "K" wine cork letter! It fits perfectly above my kitchen cabinet "bar area" and it works well with the rest of my decor. Thank you!
