Returns and exchanges
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL: This store has a 48hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel an order--you need to notify me within 48hours from the time that you place your order.
REFUNDS: Due to sanitary concerns, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on earrings.
For necklaces, rings and bracelets -- we do accept refunds but NO REFUNDS will be given after 3 days of postal receipt. Also, for refunds, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the merchandise must be in good condition. Once the merchandise is received -the store will issue you a refund for the original price -minus- the original shipping cost. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Also, note- the store reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason and I cannot be held responsible for breakage due to excessive wear and tear.

DOMESTIC PACKAGES: All domestic packages are shipped via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Also, insurance is automatically included with all purchases OVER $100.00 dollars.
All international packages are shipped via USPS first class air mail. Please note that with USPS first class international air mail shipping --insurance IS NOT available though, if you would like to pay for insurance please contact me and I’ll research other shipping methods, though in most instances, it is really expensive to insure an international package and seems impractical – especially if the insurance fee exceeds the price of the merchandise being shipped. Also note, "Honey Nest" CANNOT be held responsible for any custom fees, taxes, duties, or charges that the customer may incur past the point of sale. These fees ARE NOT included in the shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. (Honey Nest is not responsible for these fees.)
INTERNATIONAL HANDLING TIME: This package will take around 10-16 days to reach you as customs may delay your package. Thank you for your patience.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested by you PRIOR to the purchase. If you are in a rush and expedited shipping is needed--please contact me and I will work with you--and then, I will make changes to the listing to reflect any additional charges needed for expedited shipping.
Also, note the store doesn't offer local buyer pick-ups. All items will be shipped.
PACKAGING: All purchases will be shipped in a secure padded envelope and inside the item will be packaged in a giftbox and tied with a pretty ribbon. *Items will arrive ready for gift-giving but, if you'd like something special (like a blank gift card), feel free to contact me with your request.
Multiple items purchased at the same time will be boxed together unless otherwise requested by you PRIOR to the purchase.
Note: Shipping will be to your Etsy address unless otherwise requested by you PRIOR to the purchase. In other words, I will always send the item to the Etsy address unless you ask for something different in the message to the seller when checking out.
DOMESTIC HANDLING TIME: The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item. The store usually ships within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. (Definition: A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately.)
