Turn around time for digital designs already listed is 1-2 business days. Custom or personalized orders is currently 2-3 business days. Orders are completed in the order in which they are received. If you require a file for a theme already listed in the shop before the weekend the order must be submitted by 5pm (EST) Thursday to avoid a rush fee. If you require a custom file before the weekend the order must be placed by Wednesday at 5pm the latest to have the file by Friday. No files are provided over the weekend unless a rush fee was paid for. Digital file orders received on Friday will have the proof provided on Monday (for themes already listed).
