Custom made items - I'm sorry but all custom made items are non refundable. If you have any issues with your item please contact me and i'll help to resolve any issues.
All items are carefully packaged for safe shipping and are carefully inspected prior to being shipped.
Payment
Any custom requests/ customized items cannot begin until the item you're requesting is purchased.
Shipping
Priority shipping for all items over a pound unless requested otherwise.
If you live in the United States a tracking number and estimated delivery date will be provided via an emailed shipment notification after your package has been shipped. U.S packages take an estimate of 2-5 days to receive after shipping.
All international shipments include a customs number and generally take 7-10 days to receive after shipping. Any customs fees that the country may require are the buyers responsibility.
If you would like your item shipped another way such as Fed Ex or UPS please be aware that additional shipping costs may apply seeing as those may be more costly.
Please be aware that things may occur (weather, accidents, etc) that could cause your package to be delayed after it has been shipped. I am not responsible for delays that may occur once your item has shipped as in enroute.
