Returns are accepted if shipped back to us within 7 days of your receipt of the product (minus shipping and handling fees). Buyer WILL be responsible for the shipping costs of shipping the product back to us with delivery confirmation AND insurance.

PayPal is our preferred payment method. Your purchase will be shipped once payment is received and cleared. Buyers do not need a PayPal account to purchase an item using your major credit card.

All custom or personalized work will be completed within two to three weeks (or as stated in listing) after payment has been received, then will be shipped the next business day, and you will be notified when your item has been shipped.

Shipments are made within 24-72 hours from time payment is processed. We ship to the address in the Etsy "SHIP TO" transaction detail. Please be sure the address is accurate and up to date with the correct shipping information. Products are shipped USPS First Class within 24-72 hours from the sale unless indicated otherwise in the product description.

Expedited shipping, other shipping carriers, Fedex, UPS, insurance, and tracking on orders is available for an additional fee. Contact us for details and pricing BEFORE ORDERING.

We are NOT liable for orders undelivered by your postal carrier where we provide proof of shipment. Once an item has been shipped, we are NOT liable or responsible for any damage to it due to any shipping carrier or service.
