Returns and exchange details
I create all my items with a great care and best possible precision. Should you still not be happy with the item, please contact me before leaving negative feedback.
All sales of personalized items are final.
I do not offer refunds but replacements in case of damaged or lost shipment.
In case of any problem like damages during shipping, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item.
Item -upon agreement with the seller for the return- has to be returned unaltered within 15 days of receiving it. Buyer has to clearly indicate RETURN and the reason of the return on the packet, if failed and any customs charged would apply, the packet will be automatically returned to the buyer.
All shipping cost are Final, buyer pays for all shipping for returns or exchanges and delivery confirmation with track & trace on all returns is requested.

Because this is made to your measurements, once the measurement instructions have been sent out, if you wish to cancel there is a 30% administrative fee retained over the total amount.
24 hours after you placed your order there is no cancellation or refund possible, material will have already been ordered/purchased. Therefore your order will be made according to the turnaround that was given to you when you placed your order. You can still upgrade to a rush order if you need it.
The 24 hours cancellation does not apply for short turnaround items such as neck seal, headbands, belts if I have already started on it.
If your payments have been divided into 2 or 3 installments, the first half or tier will be immediately applied for material costs and won't be refunded on my end. Once the making of your order has started there is not refund possible and the total is due. Invoices are due immediately, if you have any problem please let me know! After 2 months and without any sign from you, invoices that are not paid will be cancelled and will have to be re edited upon your request over within the next 6 months after the date of the last invoice was issued. After this date the order will be cancelled, anything made from it will be sent to you and the installments previously paid will not be refunded.
If you are ordering for a special event please make sure to place your order at least 3 months ahead.
Cancellation policy DOES NOT apply for rush orders as they are urgent. Measurement instructions will be sent right away and no refund will be issued on that part of the fee.
Most of the items are made to your measurements which means I need to hear from you. If, despite all the reminders I can send, I haven't heard anything from you after 7 months up to a year, you will get store credit for the value of your purchase (or for what is left of your purchase if a partial shipment has happened), This store credit will be a coupon code available for one year.
For any Made to Order item that would be returned upon agreement with the seller there will be a restocking fee of 30% of the price. The Rush Order costs part of the fee is not refundable.
Custom Orders are customized to your requirements and measurements. You will have to provide me with as many as possible pictures or sketch of what you want and a precise description. If you don't you accept to take the risk that it might turn out not exactly the way you want it. Remember that comic art will never look exactly the same in real, do not over expect, stay realistic!
Please be aware that I do not cover wrong measurements provided by the customer.
If there would be any modification to do, upon agreement with the seller please return the item within 2 weeks of reception. No alteration will be made by the seller after this time.
Most of my items can be approved by the 501st. Be aware that CRL's can change and even if I regularly check I can miss some changes. BEFORE you place your order you are supposed to have checked the CRL and let me know if there is any changes. If you don't it will be made as described in the listing.
Please allow a margin of 1-3cm due to manual measurements and cut.
By purchasing from Creative Art Shop you are automatically agreeing to my return and refund policies.

Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please check it! Anything returned to me will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping overseas can sometimes take longer than expected, depending on the local post services efficiency. If you did not receive your order AFTER 40 business days, please contact me.
I cannot guarantee any specific delivery time -even more with the current worldwide pandemy- and I will not issue refunds for this reason, if you want your item by a specific time contact me first to see what are the upgrade options (like DHL...). You are placing an international order, you are supposed to be realistic and place it enough in advance if you want to receive your item by a certain time. Keep in mind that around Halloween or Christmas time the Postal services can be saturated and take longer so upgrading with UPS is advised.
Low value items such as patches are shipped with regular mail - no track&trace- unless you have paid for *With Track&Trace* option. If they would get lost and not showing up after a decent time (40 business days minimum),  I do not issue refunds but I send replacements.
I always take a picture, as proof of shipment, at the store where I am shipping from. This picture can be provided to you on your request.

The only fees covered in the shipping costs are standard international shipping fees. I do not cover any duties, taxes, brokerage or any other fees when shipping internationally. Every country is different and I cannot account for longer than expected delivery times if packages are held in customs. If you are unsure about extra fees or customs delays, please contact your local post office prior to purchasing to learn about what fees may apply to you. Please check your local law before any order.

Please always contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I'm always open to discussion.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are in a rush, on some items you have the possibility to take a *rush order* with additional costs. *Rush Order* means that your order will be made ASAP, usually within 10 business days more or less as agreed with the buyer from the complete payment of the rush order costs, not that I stop everything to make your order. I also do not take more than two rush orders per week to not penalize the other people that are patiently waiting for their order to be made. If you come third and I can't take your rush order within a week you'll be told the new processing time for it. *Rush Order* terms apply to the making, not the shipping. If you also want fast shipping please contact me first to see what are the shipping upgrade options.

Turnaround on *made to order* items may vary depending on how it is busy at the moment. Always ask me first  how it is before ordering if you need your item by a certain time and I'll tell you what the options are (rush order, fast shipping...).

Fabrics are sold by linear meter. I.E. if you buy 5 meters you get 5 linear meters. Once the fabric has been cut there is no cancellation possible. Returns are not accepted.

Coupon codes that I give you with your name are only for you. If someone else would use it without my authorization the order will be canceled.
Special coupon codes (I.E.winter offer) can be used only if you pay the whole amount immediately, not if we have agreed on 2 or 3 installments.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
