Hello and thank you for visiting my shop. I make all items with my own two hands in my workshop in Wisconsin. I've always enjoyed crafting and now I'm proud to be able to share my creations with you. I am a busy mom for two kids who swim, play hockey, football and enjoy gymnastics and I consider myself blessed to be able to stay home with them and create!

Payment
I accept PayPal as a preferred method of payment. I also accept Money Orders, credit cards and Etsy gift cards. Once I receive payment I will go to work creating your item.
Shipping
I ship USPS. I do not pay for tracking, insurance or delivery confirmation. If you desire any of those items please convo me prior to purchase as I will need to adjust the shipping and handling fee associated with the listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
You 100% satisfaction is my top priority. If you're unhappy with something please let me know and I'll do my best to fix it. In most cases I will require you to pay for shipping to return the item. If it is a custom order and I make a mistake I will happily pay for the shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my items, unless noted, are made to order which means it will take a few days to complete your order. A normal order will arrive within 7-10 business days. That being said, if you need something in a hurry please convo me and, depending on my work load, should be able to accomodate your request.
