Let's Fix

Creative Fix Design was created in 2015 by Patricia Gimeno after a long career in the design industry. With a degree in Architecture, Patricia has been working professionally with Design since 1998, she is also passionate about drawing, watercolor, printmaking & textiles.

We design products to help our customers to achieve their goals, from party essentials to yearly planners, here you can find high quality items with an excellent customer service.

Our current turn around time is 1-2 working days for customized digital items (closed weekends and public holidays), unless it's stated differently for a specific listing.

CUSTOM DIGITAL ITEMS
Due to the nature of customized digital files, refunds are not given once the proof has been sent.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD ITEMS
NO refunds available. You cannot return a digital item or receive a refund after the file has been downloaded.

PRINTED ITEMS
Please let me know right away if there are any problems with your purchased item. Returns should be made within 7 days of when the purchase is received - please contact me first.

If you are not happy with your purchase, refunds are processed after we receive the item in it’s original condition and in the original packaging.
Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price less any shipping will be made once the item has been received by me.

If your item has arrived damaged, please notify me immediately. I will resend or refund the full purchase price, in this case I do request that you send us photos of any damage.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.

Custom personalised items are not returnable.

Payment is due at time of purchase. We use Etsy Direct Checkout so you can pay using Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Etsy gift card.

CUSTOM DIGITAL ITEMS

A digital proof of your custom item will be sent to your email registered with Etsy within 1-2 working days after the purchase (please check spam), usually in 24hs.
If necessary, a new revision is permitted free of charge - note that the new proof requires up to an additional 24 hours.
Please note we are based in Australia, and we are closed in weekends and public holidays.

INSTANT DOWNLOADS

PRINTED ITEMS
Currently our printed items are made to order, so please allow 2-3 working days before shipping, unless it's stated differently for a specific listing.
We currently deliver to Australia and selected countries.
Australia Post estimates 2-4 days within Australia (up to 10 working days for international shipping) although they can take longer.

We ship using Standard Australia Post which does come with tracking. If you wish your item to be insured or send using express post, please contact me directly for a shipping upgrade quote, before or right away after your purchase.

We ask the customer to provide an address for delivery, please make sure it is complete and correct. If you provide a wrong address and your package is consequently returned to us, the shipping will be required to be paid again for the item to be re-sent. The same applies for unclaimed packages at the post office that have been returned and need to be re-send.

Any additional customs, local country taxes or local country postal handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please refer to your local customs agency before purchasing .

COPYRIGHT INFO
- Digital files cannot be shared (either by email, file sharing, websites, blogs or any other means), or be offered as give away, freebies or any other promotion alike.
- You can print as many times as needed for personal use or to give away as a gift.
- Purchased files may not be resold (digitally or printed).
- Edit, manipulate, or use the purchased file on products for sale is strictly prohibited.
- Purchased files cannot be displayed in any website, banner, blog, logo, etc - partially or fully without the express written permission of Creative Fix Design.
