Debbie and Disley are great to work with! Debbie communicated with me about the process and what I wanted, and Disley sewed a great heirloom garter for me. She incorporated my mom's veil lace, my mother-in-law's wedding dress lace applique, and part of my grandma's gold wedding dress into a single garter that looks awesome. She even returned to me the fabric that she didn't use. I highly recommend Creative Heart Works if you want heirloom items made from your mom's/mother-in-law's/grandma's/etc. wedding dresses/veils.

Creative Heartworks - Fine Art Giclée Prints and Artful Gifts
My husband Storm and I started Creative Heartworks in November 1997, and we began by creating products that combined Storm's photography with my artwork and poetry. Since its beginning, Creative Heartworks has undergone many transformations, and it has always included art and photography in its products and services.
As a partner and the gallery director in a former Portland art Gallery, I discovered I loved working with artists. When the gallery closed in 2007, we decided to continue working with local artists, and Creative Heartworks was transformed into a home-based business that produced Fine Art Giclée Prints. We provided all the services necessary to produce and publish high quality Fine Art Giclée Prints, and I also offered other services for artists such as marketing, event planning, and website development.
We were very fortunate, and Creative Heartworks grew to the point that we had to either expand outside of our home and hire employees, or change our business protocol. Since Storm had full-time employment and still does, I elected to close our doors to the public in January 2012 and continue working with just a few of our clients that had been with us from the beginning.
In my shop you will find handmade artful gifts and products that utilize our Fine Art Giclée Prints. (1) Handcrafted Glass Paperweights that display prints of my artwork and Storm's Photographs; (2) my Decorative Word Art on Canvas with my unique background designs that are decorated with pearls, rhinestones and glitter that can be customized; (3) Hardboard Beverage Coasters with Wood Display Stands that feature Storm's Photographs and my designs; (4) Fine Art Giclée Prints on canvas of my Creative Photo and Digital Artwork; and (5) Custom Giclée Prints on paper and canvas. And I am pleased to have added greeting cards and gift enclosure cards by artist Lisi Belz McCarthy.

Creative Heartworks Fine Art Prints are produced in-house using high quality archival inks and media that have light fastness ratings of 100 to 200 years. Prints are produced on paper and canvas using the Epson Stylus Pro 9800 - a 44-inch professional wide-format printer with 8-color ink technology, which produces prints with amazing color fidelity.

Disley is my daughter-in-law, and is married to my only son who is in the Coast Guard. She was educated at Discenter's in Tulua Valle del cauca, Colombia, and she received a diploma for Fashion Design and as a Master Tailor.

New to my shop are the custom sewing designs and creations by my daughter-in-law Disley.
As artists, former art gallery owners, and as fine art Giclée printmakers, we understand there is a difference in Giclée prints when it comes to quality. We strive to make high quality prints that will stand the test of time. Our prints are produced in-house using the finest archival inks, papers and canvas, and if taken care of properly, will last 100+ years.

Returns and exchange details
1. Contact me via Etsy Conversations within 3 business days from receipt of order and provide a reason for the return.
2. I will provide you with a return shipping label that includes tracking info. Return the item undamaged within 2 days of receipt of shipping label in the original packaging or securely packed and in the same condition it was sent to you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. A full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Unfortunately, on custom orders, I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in our craftsmanship, or unless you receive the product in damaged condition. I often begin working on custom orders almost immediately. If you change your mind, please cancel the order within 24 hours for a full refund. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Custom Orders for Paperweights, Custom Collages, Custom Photo Art, Word Art, Giclée Prints and Sewing Creations and Designs by Disley.
If your product is received in damaged condition, please contact me via Etsy Conversations with 48 hours of receipt, and I will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund. Please include photos of the damaged or faulty item in your conversation. I will supply a return shipping label for the item to be returned to me.
Your complete satisfaction is my main priority. If you are not happy for any reason, please let me know and I will do whatever I can to make it right.
Again, I do want you to be happy with your purchase from my shop, and I will do everything possible to ensure you receive the highest quality product. CANCELLATION POLICY: I begin working on your order almost immediately, and some items ship out the next day. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

First Class Shipping must now weight under 13 ounces. Other than coasters and throw pillow covers, most items in my shop weigh over 13 ounces and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. I purchase my shipping labels through ETSY. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number soon after I purchase the shipping label. You can expect your order within 5-7 business days with possible delays during holidays and/or inclement weather conditions.
I ship internationally, but please expect additional shipping charges before shipment is made. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country. Note about International Orders: Because of Postal size limitations, not all sizes are available for all countries.
All items in our shop will be carefully packed. The Buyer must check all deliveries upon arrival. If any item is damaged, the Buyer must inform me immediately to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement.
