Return and Exchange Details
All sales are final. Please order responsibly. Once your sign goes into production, it is yours. We do not accept returns because we ∗never∗ resell signs, and we do not stock inventory for sale, or resale.
HOWEVER! - If there is any issue with damage, condition or other details of your sign, please message us (*and include photos of the problem*) so we can help! We have amazing customer service, if you’ll give us the opportunity!!

Time To Report an Issue
We can help fix any issues, but you need to contact us within TWO weeks of receiving your product. After two weeks, it is out of our hands!
Custom and personalized orders
The "Ship by" date may be moved at our discretion if there is no reply to the proof within 24 hrs. If no reply to the "changed shipping date" email It will be mailed without proof approval on the new shipping date as is, or refunded if we didn't have enough information to complete it.
Delivered Packages/Lost Packages
Packages tracked by USPS showing Delivered but are missing are the post office's responsibility but please let us know right away so we can look in to it! Call your local post office or intercept your carrier asap. If it's lost and NOT stated as delivered we can put in a claim with USPS to get a refund but will ship another right out to you.
