This is a family owned and operated business, I do most of the operating. We believe that customer satisfaction should be the first priority in any business; because without satisfied customers, there is no business. Not a profitable one at least.

Payment
We accept paypal and money orders...no exceptions. Payment must be received within 7 business days or your order will automatically be cancelled. If you need more time than that,contact us and we may allow more time. Tax is included in the price of all items unless otherwise specified. If you need to cancel an order, kindly do so within 3 days of the time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping via USPS First class mail is free on most items, within the continental US. USPS Priority mail will cost $4.80. If you need express delivery please contact us ahead of time to negotiate pricing. Insurance is optional at $1.70. We take great care in packaging our items, so please allow 2 days handling time. Delivery confirmation is free. International buyers will be charged a flat rate of $6.50 USD.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are eligable for refund within 14 days from reciept of item. Buyer pays return shipping. If your item is lost or damaged in the shipping process and you have not purchased insurance, we will replace the item or give you merchandise credit.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love custom orders. Specify what you like and/or want and I'll make it my priority.(First come first serve basis) We gaurentee all of our items an all repairs are free for one year.
