Contact me immediately upon receipt of a physical item if you are not 100% satisfied and I will work out a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of the item, automatic downloads are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

I accept payments through Etsy and PayPal. Safely use your debit or credit card on either of these payment processing services.

I ship all handmade items via First Class Mail/and or USPS Priority Mail. Please see each individual listing for shipping times as they will vary depending on the nature of the item.

Please ensure that your address is correct for proper shipment. If using PayPal, make sure that your address is current.

~Locating your digital downloads~

All digital orders are PDF instant downloads, you will not receive a physical item in the mail.
An email with a direct link to your file will be sent to the email address that you have associated with your Etsy account.
You can also access your files by viewing your Etsy purchases (located in the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the Etsy site). A download button will be to the right of your purchase information. The button may not appear if you are using a phone, tablet or iPad device. If you have any difficulty with locating your file please send me a message and I will be happy to email the file to you.

**PLEASE READ if you wish to sell items using my patterns**

You may sell items made from my patterns provided:
•The item is made by you.
•Items cannot be mass produced.
•Please give credit to Creative Little Women on either the tag attached to the physical item or in the item listing if you are selling online. A direct link to where this pattern can be purchased is not necessary but would be greatly appreciated.
•Re-sale and/or distribution of pattern pieces and instructions is expressly prohibited.

All patterns are designed by Judi Robinson of Creative Little Women and are deemed the intellectual property of Creative Little Women. It is illegal to distribute this pattern electronically or in hard copy without given permission.
