Hi there! I’m LaTanja — an Illustrator and Lettering Artist based in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area and owner of Creative Pounds.
Creative Pounds is a creative studio that designs fun and unique stationery, apparel, and art prints inspired by African American culture. Our mission is to give people the power to love themselves, their community and people that look like them through art. The name, Creative Pounds, is a dedication to my daughter Logyn. She is a silent (yet not so silent) partner in the business. Logyn’s initials are L.B.S., the same letters used for the abbreviation for the word ‘pounds.’ With our quality products and services we strive to provide customers with “art and design weighted in creativity.”

Care instructions
Acrylic keychains and pins are shipped with a protective film on the surface. Please be sure to remove it from the product prior to use.
Art prints are printed on high quality, matte photo paper. To prevent fading of your illustration please keep the print out of direct sunlight.
Vinyl stickers are weatherproof and durable, instances such as dishwashing. If stickers need to be removed there is little or no residue left on surfaces.
Wholesale availability
Creative Pounds is available for wholesale opportunities. Please send me a direct message and I will respond as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders are shipped throughout the course of a week, as they are received. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS First Class mail, unless specified during the time of purchase.
International orders are shipped through USPS or UPS International -- which ever is more cost effective.
Items marked in the shop marked as 'Free Shipping' such as stickers, do not receive tracking information. Once your order has been mailed, you order profile will be update. Please allow up to one week after the shipping date to contact me if you have not received your order.
Due to COVID-19 you may experience shipping delays with USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.
