Returns and exchanges
Please note that the colors of my artwork will vary on different computer monitors. If you need a color proof of the artwork, they can be purchased for $2.00 per item. This proof will be the almost exact color of the larger item.
If you are not satisfied with my artwork please contact me to see how we can work something out to come to a satisfactory resolution
Payment
Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout. Payment needs to be completed within 3 days after the purchase. After 3 days of no deposit in my account I will cancel the sale and relist the item again.
Orders are shipped within ten days after payment has been received. The photos and prints are processed and printed at a professional photo lab on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, after the order is placed. All photos and prints are signed and packaged in a cello bag in a flat envelope.
Shipping
I will send orders as soon as possible. When ordering photos and prints each order is individually processed after it is received. Please allow up to ten days after order is placed and payment received for shipment. Each photo and print is created at a professional photo lab, processed and signed before shipping. Please let me know if you need faster shipment.
In the US, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
International orders are shipped via USPS 1st class international mail, or Priority International. Overnight and express shipping is available at buyer’s request and cost.
Insurance is not included in shipping costs, if you would like insurance please contact me. The cost of insurance and other shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once order is at the Post Office with the delivery confirmation label on it, I am not responsible for the item or items.
Additional policies and FAQs
MANDALAS - Photographs and painting prints are offered in image sizes from 8x8 inches up to 29x29 inches. Image sizes 18x18 inches and larger are limited editions of 200. These images are also available on fine art stretched canvas.
CERAMIC POTTERY - Please inquire about custom orders.
COLORS – The colors of my artwork will vary on different computer monitors. If you need a color proof of printed artwork, they can be purchased for $2.00 per item. This proof will be the almost exact color of the larger item.
ALLERGIES - I work from my smoke free, pet free home.
COPYRIGHT – All images used on this site are the property of Linda Wiggen Kraft. Using them in any way –in print, internet or electronic form - without permission is a strict violation of copyright law.
